Refund Policy

At Savvy Ink Signings, we strive to provide professional notary services. However, we understand that there may be instances where our services did not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we can offer a refund.


1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

  • Clerical Errors: If a clerical error is made by our notary (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name), we will promptly correct it at no additional cost. If correction is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
  • Duplicate Charges: In cases where the service fee was mistakenly charged twice due to a processing error, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded.
  • Service Not Rendered: If a paid service cannot be completed due to our error or inability to provide the service, a full refund will be issued.


2. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Client-Provided Information:  Refunds cannot be issued for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.
  • Change of Mind:  Once the notarization service is completed, refunds are not available due to changes in circumstances or a decision to withdraw after the service has been rendered.


3. Procedure for Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, clients must contact us within 24 hours of the service date, providing a detailed explanation of the issue along with any relevant documentation. Refund requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within two (2) business days. 

Please email us at info@savvyinksignings.com with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Appointment Service Provided
  • Reason for Refund Request


4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) business days. You will receive a notification once the refund is complete.


5. Amendments: This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations and our business practices.


6. Limitation of Liability: In the event of an error, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered.
